The skill level of a collaborator or of an applicant, or the level required by a job, is evaluated according to a scale. The scale iranges from 1 to 4. 1 is the minimum and 4 the maximum. There are two categories for the minimum level, 'Not acquired' and 'Being acquired'.
You can customize both number of levels (4 minimum) and names.

Customizing skills levels
Access : Admin Area > Talent modules > Skills > Skills level
Modifying the label of an existing level
- In the column ' Modify', click on the pencil.
- Change the name.
- Save.
Adding a level
- Click on "Add a skill level".
- Set a name.
- Input a percentage. This percentage defines to which extent an employee acquired a specific skill. This percentage will not be visible to the employee. It will be used to sort out the level in the right order.
- Input a definition (optional).
- Validate.

Deleting a level
Only the levels with an 'bin' icon can be deleted, if the scale has more than 4 levels.
- Click on the bin on the line to be deleted.
- Click on 'Ok'.
