Customize my home page

Choose your home page image

Access: Home page > Mes préférences

• When I am on my home page, I click at the top right on my profile picture (or on my trigram if I haven't added a photo).
• I select the 'Mes préférences' menu,
• I select my favorite cover image from the 8 static images offered or I select the dynamic image. The latter will change automatically with the seasons.
• I save

Choose the cards to display

You can choose which cards you want to display on your home page.

You can display up to 4 cards. The 'Badgeuse / Forfait jours' card is displayed by default and cannot be hidden.

To choose your favorite cards, simply click on the '' button and check or uncheck the desired favorites from (depending on subscribed modules):

• 'Forfait jours' card,
• 'Mes absences' card.
• 'Mes temps & activités' card.
• 'Mes notes de frais' card.
• 'Mon agenda' card,
• 'Mes entretiens' card,
• 'Mon planning' card.

On this 'Mes préférences' page, I can customize my profile.

Change my profile picture

My profile picture will appear in the employee directory, but also on my colleagues' home page when I am absent (if I have the Leave & Absences module) and for my birthday (if I have the HR Portal module).

If you don't add a photo, only your trigram will be displayed 😔.

To add a photo, nothing could be simpler:

• I click on 'Remplacer ma photo',
• I select a photo on my computer and click 'Ouvrir'.
• When my best profile is loaded, I can click on ''.

My introduction sentence

The introduction sentence is displayed in the employee directory only if you have the HR Portal module.

For more friendliness and to build connections between you, feel free to introduce yourself in a few words, tell us all about your passions or projects 😊!

• I enter my introduction sentence in the dedicated box, no more than 105 characters
• I save.
