You can control access to your platform by setting up IP address connection restrictions.

Set up IP address restrictions
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Fiche société > Settings tab > Sécurité section
Access to the Eurécia platform can be controlled by IP address.
Within the “Sécurité” menu, you can enter one or more IP addresses that will be the only ones allowed to access Eurécia.
- Select the IP version:
- IPv4 (has 4 bytes, in decimal format, separated by a dot)
- IPv6 (has 16 bytes, in hexadecimal format, separated by colons)
- Enter the IP address(es) you wish to allow
- Enter the scope of the authorization given on this IP address can be set to:
- “Accès global” only allows access to the Eurécia platform via this or these IP addresses. If the user does not have the specified IP address, they will not be able to log in to the software.
- “Badgeuse” only allows clocking in/out for users connected via this IP address. However, the rest of the platform will be freely accessible, regardless of the user's IP address.
- Save
You can allow as many IP addresses as you wish.
Access control by user
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Fiche salarié > Administration tab > Accès plateforme section
When you enable IP address access control, by default all your employees are affected.
If you want certain users not to be affected by these restrictions:
- Open your employee record and go to the Administration tab
- Uncheck the 'Contrôler l'accès par adresse IP' box
- Save
Your employee will be able to access the platform without IP restriction.
