My storage space
Access: Admin area (New) > Subscription
Eurécia provides you with storage space to store your various documents on the platform:
Documents submitted in the onboarding/offboarding process of employees
Employee file documents
Payslips
Photos of the employees
Supporting documents for expense reports
The amount of storage space you have available and the amount you are using is shown directly in the 'Storage space' section:
👀 The visual gauge allows you to see as a percentage the storage space you have already used.
Storage alert settings
🔔 You have the option to configure an alert to be notified when the remaining storage space reaches the defined limit:
activate the alert,
define a percentage remaining before the alert (5, 10, 15 or 20%),
indicate who needs to be alerted.
Increasing storage space: what to do?
📢 To request additional storage space, click on Increase storage space:
Requests (from +10 to +50 GB) will be addressed to our team.
Our team will be happy to provide you with all the information you need to increase this storage space.
