Disable email sending
For all employees
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Fiche société
You can disable sending emails to all your employees.
- Open your company record and go to the 'Paramètres' tab
- Check the box 'Ne pas envoyer d'email aux utilisateurs'
- Save
⚠️ Warning!
By checking this box, all emails sent by Eurécia are disabled. You and your employees will no longer receive emails.
By employee
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Salariés et utilisateurs > Fiche salarié
If some of your employees no longer wish to receive emails from Eurécia, you can disable them individually.
- Open the relevant employee record
- Go to the 'Administration' tab
- In the 'Accès plateforme' section, check the box 'Ne pas envoyer d'email à cet utilisateur'
- Save
⚠️ Warning!
By checking this box, all emails sent by Eurécia are disabled. Your employee will no longer receive any emails.
