Add or modify a public holiday
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Calendrier des jours fériés

- Open an existing calendar by clicking on the pencil icon button
- Then click on
- Enter the required information: do not specify the year for fixed days (New Year's Day, National Day, Christmas, etc.)

Some 'Public holiday' calendar templates have variable public holidays that are not automatically updated by Eurécia. It is necessary to add/delete them manually by following this article. Here are the templates that may be concerned:

Delete a public holiday
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Calendrier des jours fériés
- Open an existing calendar by clicking on the pencil icon button
- Then click on
- To delete a public holiday (Whit Monday for example), click on the button
next to the corresponding day (or year) - Click on the 'Save' button
- By clicking on the column headers, you can sort by 'Year' for example.
Add a new calendar
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Calendrier des jours fériés
- Click on the button
- Select a calendar template (language)
- Enter the calendar name and comments
- Add or delete public holidays if necessary
- Save
Then simply assign this new calendar to the relevant employees in the 'Emploi' tab of their employee record, section 'Jours de travail > Jous fériés' or by default in the Paramètres tab of the Société record.
