Associate skills with an employee

Search for the relevant employee, open their employee record, then go to the “Compétences” tab.

The radar chart allows you to visualize the skills expected for the job profile (in red) and the skills acquired by the employee (in green). From the “Historique de poste” table, add a new job profile if necessary using the “Nouveau poste” button:
Liste des compétences tab
This tab lists all acquired or expected skills. Evaluate the level in the “Évaluation” section according to the following color code: red (not acquired), yellow (in progress), green (acquired, with possible graduation), white (expected but not evaluated). Add new skills if necessary, then save the record.
⚠️ Warning
You cannot modify an employee's skills when a review with skill evaluation is currently in progress.
