The skills catalog forms the foundation of your talent management. It brings together all the skills defined within your organization, whether they are already held by your employees or expected for certain jobs.
This centralized repository then allows you to easily associate these skills with employees, jobs, or training, in order to structure your mapping and effectively drive skill development.
For greater simplicity, your skills mapping is now split into two parts:
-
A skills catalog: you will find the complete list of your company's skills here, which we will detail further down in this article.
➜ Managers and standard users can consult this catalog, but without the ability to edit it. -
A skills overview: this space allows you to match skills with jobs, employees, and training in your company.
➜ Managers have access to it and can view data relating to their teams only.
You will find all additional information right here: Identify employees with specific skills
➡️ If you do not have visibility over these two parts, do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Note: you want to detach skills from an employee, a job, or a training session to delete them? You will find the information here: Associate skills with an employee, a job, or a training session
