Need to import a skills or job catalog?
Importing allows you to quickly add or update your skills, your jobs, or both simultaneously.
Importing skills and/or jobs
Access: Admin area > Compétences > Imports
Select the desired import type: skills only, jobs only, or both simultaneously.
Depending on the chosen import type, certain fields are mandatory: the skill name for importing skills, the job name for importing jobs, and the required level during a combined jobs + skills import. The Domaine and Type fields remain optional, but are recommended to facilitate reading and grouping.
It is also possible to enter a minimum remuneration and a maximum remuneration for each job record. An option allows you to define whether this information should be visible or not to employees.
If an item already exists with the same name, it will be updated automatically. Otherwise, it will be added to the catalog.
From Admin area > Modules Talents > Compétences, open the “Imports des compétences” section and click “Importer”:
Choose the items to import by checking or unchecking Métiers and/or Compétences. Then download the import file, fill it in carefully, and click “Ajouter”:
If you are importing jobs, you can fill in the Rémunération minimale and Rémunération maximale columns in the file. Check or uncheck the “Visible par les collaborateurs” option to control the display of this salary information on job records.
Map the columns in your file to the corresponding fields in Eurécia, then click “Continuer”:
A summary displays the number of items to import. Click “Finaliser” to start processing:
The import runs in the background. A confirmation email is sent once the operation is complete:
⚠️ Warning
It is important to wait for the import to complete before taking any action: do not modify skills or jobs until the email confirming the end of the import has been received.
