Use filters
- 'Simulate balances at the date (at 23h59): the date on which the system must simulate the entitlements that will be acquired and taken.
- 'Actions done before the': restricts the simulation of holiday balances to known events on the date chosen to compare the balances in Eurécia with those on the pay slip
The system only allows you to take days that have been accrued on the date of the leave. To do this, it considers the entitlements remaining to date, the entitlements remaining to be accrued and the leave already approved but which will take place in the future. For example: If I have 10 days, I took 6 days and I have submitted a 2-day absence for validation, my balance will be 4 days but I will only have 2 days left to take, the other 2 days being already applied but not yet charged against my balance. |
