Access: New Admin area > Subscription
Eurécia allocates you a storage space to store your various documents on the platform:
- documents in on/offboarding,
- documents in the employee record,
- payslips,
- photos of employees,
- expense report receipts.
The amount of storage space you have and the amount you use is indicated directly in the 'Espace de stockage' section:
👀 The visual gauge allows you to see as a percentage the storage space you have already used.
Storage alert settings
🔔 You can set up an alert to be notified when the remaining storage space reaches the defined limit:
- enable the alert,
- define a remaining % before the alert (5, 10, 15, or 20),
- enter the person(s) to be alerted.
Increase storage space: what to do?
📢 To send us a request for additional storage space, click Augmenter l'espace de stockage:
Requests (from +10 to +50 GB) will be sent to our team.
Our team will be happy to provide you with all the information to increase your storage space.
