How does it work in Eurécia?
Offboarding your employee can begin as soon as you enter their contract end date in their employee profile. You'll then be able to define tasks to be performed and assign them to your colleagues.
- prepare the final settlement
- recover computer equipment, telephone, etc.
- close accounts and cut off access
- organize the leaving party
- archive the collaborator in Eurécia
Task managers will receive a notification alerting them to the task to be completed and upcoming deadlines. They will be able to indicate in Eurécia whether the task is in progress or completed.
You will then be able to view the entire offboarding process for each employee and easily identify the actions completed and those that remain to be completed.
Start offboarding your employee
Set the contract end date
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees & Users > Employee file > Employment tab
- I open my employee's profile and go to the 'Professional Info ' tab,
- I click on "manage contracts"
- Click on "Update" then fill the effective date of changes
- Fill an end of contract date
- Update
The 'OFFBOARDING' button is now available:
Define the offboarding path

- I click on the 'Offboarding' button,
- I select the Offboarding model to use, the tasks associated with this model appear,
- I can edit predefined tasks by simply clicking on them and then clicking 'Modify',
- I can add specific tasks by clicking on '
Add a task'. The recipient of this task will only be a named person. These tasks will not be added to the offboarding template used.
- I click on 'Start offboarding'. Alerts will be sent to the task managers.
It is possible to launch offboarding retrospectively from the HR Portal > On/Offboarding Management page.
Follow the offboarding process
Access my offboarding and onboarding tasks
Access: Eurécia Home
For greater speed, the on/offboarding management page can be accessed from 'My tasks' or from Menu > HR Portal > On/offboarding management.
You can find all of your offboarding tasks directly from My HR Daily:
From this screen you can access:
- all the offboardings launched in the 'Manage on/offboarding' tab. I can access the details of the tasks of this offboarding by simply clicking on it:
- as well as all the tasks you need to complete for all employees during the offboarding period in the 'Manage tasks' tab. Administrators will see all the tasks in progress.
You can filter the different tasks by task type, by manager and by period.
You can also indicate the completion status of different tasks by simply dragging and dropping:
The offboarding manager will be notified by notification and email when a task moves to 'completed' status.
Access to departing employees
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees & Users
- I can easily find all my employees with a contract end date entered by selecting employees about to leave in the dedicated filter,
- I click on 'Dispaly'.

View an employee's offboarding
If I want to know where your employee's offboarding process is, I can access it from the on/offboarding management or from their employee file by clicking on 'Offboarding'.
- I can add or remove tasks by opening the task and clicking 'More actions',
- I can change the status of a task,
- I can change the due date,
- I can add an attachment.
And there you have it, you know everything 😊!
With good preparation and a lot of kindness, a successful offboarding will become an asset for your employer brand and watch out for the 'boomerang' effect 😉!
