Force the resetting of user passwords

Eurécia advise you to reset passwords regularly. It is then possible to force the resetting of user passwords.

How to force the resetting of user passwords?

Access : Admin Area > General settings > Company record > 'Configuration' Tab

Click on Admin Area in the main menu
Open the Company record
Go to "Configuration" tab
Go to "Security"
Fill in the frequency of mandatory reset, in days, after "Force password change every"
Fill in the date from when the reset is mandatory after "days from"
Save

Note :

For more security, the new password has to be different from the last three ones and has to be composed as a minimum as follows:

8 characters
A number
At least one lower-case letter
At least one upper-case letter
