Disable email sending
For all employees
Access: Admin area > General settings > Company record
You have the option to disable email notifications for all employees.
- Open the company's record and go to the 'Configuration tab' tab
- Check the box 'Do not send email to users'
- Save

By checking this box, all emails sent by Eurécia are disabled. You and your colleagues will no longer receive emails. |
According to the employees concerned
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users > Employee file
If certain employees no longer wish to receive emails from Eurécia, you can deactivate notifications for them individually.
- Open the file for the relevant employee
- Go to the 'Administration' tab
- In the 'Platform access' section, I check the box 'Do not send email to this user'
- Save

By checking this box, all emails sent by Eurécia are disabled. Your employee will no longer receive any emails. |
