To secure access to your platform's administration and your data, we've added a new concept to your Admin Area: "Corporate Administrator".
We tell you more here! 👇
Who is concerned by this article?
If you are an administrator of the Eurécia solution, this article is for you!
On the program in this article:
Before accessing your New Administration Area, it is absolutely necessary to designate your
"Corporate Administrator".
We explain why and how below! 👇
What is its role?
The sole purpose of appointing a "Corporate Administrator" is to secure communications between your company and our teams. This person, identified as your trusted contact, will be our primary contact.
This role then involves internal responsibilities within your organization and regular interactions with Eurécia.
Indeed, in order to ensure the confidentiality of your data and prevent any risk of communication to unauthorized collaborators, it is essential that we have this information.
How should you designate him/her?
You will then need to designate the person within your company who will be responsible for managing your Eurécia solution. .
The "Corporate Administrator":
- will have all configuration rights on the platform,
- cannot be revoked by another administrator,
- will be able to transfer their role to another employee with complete autonomy,
- will be the main point of contact between your company and Eurécia for all questions relating to your environment.
The assignment of the "Corporate Administrator" is an important and binding decision, as it is definitive unless voluntarily transferred by the "Corporate Administrator".
First designation
The first time you log in to the "New admin area," administrators will see this pop-up. Until a user is assigned, the new admin area's features will not be available.
Following this first designation and as a security measure, an information email will be sent to all the company's directors to inform them of this appointment.
How can the Corporate Administrator transfer his rights?
Indeed, the current "Corporate Administrator" can, by himself, transfer his administration rights to another collaborator. Only he himself has this transfer functionality on his platform.
To do this, you will need to follow the following path:
- Menu > New Admin Area > Management of administration rights,
- Click on your first and last name to open the settings,
- Click on the "Transfer your rights" button,
- Choose the employee to whom you would like to transfer your rights,
- It is important to ensure that the employee can fulfill this role well with regard to the criteria mentioned above,
- You will be asked for confirmation before "Confirm assignment"
And that's it! The "Corporate Administrator" role has been transferred to another person. ✅
