You can manage access to your platform by configuring IP-based connection restrictions.

Setting up IP address restrictions
Access: Admin area > General settings > Company record > Configuration tab > Security section
Access to the Eurécia platform can be controlled by IP address.
In the “Security” menu, it is possible to enter one or more IP addresses which will be the only ones authorized to access Eurécia.
- Choose the IP version:
- IPv4 ( 4 bytes, in decimal format, separated by a period)
- IPv6 ( 16 bytes, in hexadecimal format, separated by colons)
- Enter the IP address(es) that I wish to authorize
- Inform the scope of the authorization given on this IP address can be set to:
- "Global access" allows you to only authorize access to the Eurécia platform via this or these IP addresses. If the user does not have the indicated IP address, they will not be able to connect to the software.
- "Badge" (Swipe card reader) allows you to only authorize badging to users connected via this IP address. However, the rest of the platform will be freely accessible regardless of the user's IP address.
- Save
It is possible to allow as many IP addresses as desired.

User access control
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employee file > Administration tab > Platform access section
When you enable IP address access control, by default all your employees are affected.
If you want certain users to be exempt from these restrictions:
- Open my employee's file and go to the Administration tab
- Uncheck the box 'Control access by IP address'
- Save
Access to the platform will be unrestricted by IP address for your co-workers.
