Are you currently configuring Eurécia? You may need to replicate your geographical or structural organization in Eurécia.
You can do this by creating 'Structures' which can be geographical sites, legal entities, subsidiaries, premises, or any other level of your choice 😊! This new scope will be an additional filter, an additional level that will allow you to assign your employees and find them more easily.
Of course, this is not suitable for all companies, and it is therefore not a mandatory setting.

Set up structures
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Fiche société > Organisation tab
Create 'parent' structures
The 'parent' structures are the first levels of your organization. It will then be possible to create as many levels and sub-levels as you want.
- click '
'
- enter the structure name
- enter a structure code: this code will be used in particular for data exports and imports. It must be unique. Generally, the name given to the structure is used unless two structures have the same name!
- then fill in the various optional fields:
- the SIRET number
- the NIF code
- the establishment code
- the company code
- the bank accounting code
- the journal / transfer code
- the address
- select the department manager or structure manager, if any, from the drop-down menu. This information is optional but can be very useful for setting up your approval workflows (optional)
- enter the bank details for each structure if they are different from those of the company (entered in Company record > General tab). This information will notably be used for the SEPA transfer file with the Expense Reports module
- enter a file number (optional)
- add a comment if needed (optional)
Create sub-levels
When your main structures (or parent structures) are created, you can add different sub-levels.
- click '
' to the left of the structure label
- select 'Insérer une ligne': this action will insert a new line below the current one, but on a 2nd structure level. This sub-structure will be attached to the previous one.
- fill in the various fields
- save
Modify my levels and sub-levels
You can easily modify the order of your structures or sub-structures or attach a sub-structure to another parent structure.
- click '
' to the left of the structure label you wish to move
- by clicking on 'Monter' or 'Descendre', you can move your structure and change its level
- save
Move a structure up to a higher level
You can move a sub-structure up to a higher level. For example, if you want a sub-structure to become a parent structure.
- click '
' to the left of the structure label you wish to move
- by clicking on 'A gauche', you can move your structure to the higher level
- save
Delete a structure
To delete a structure:
- click '
' to the left of the structure label you wish to delete
- click 'Supprimer'
- save
⚠️ Warning!
When deleting a structure, it is important to reassign the employees of this structure to their new structure.
Once all your structures are created, you can view them in detail or as a summary using the '+' or '-' on the left, which allow you to expand/collapse the different structure levels.
Don't forget to save to keep your work 😁!
