The 'forfait jours' system allows working time to be calculated in days rather than hours.

It can be set up for executive employees who are autonomous in organizing their working time, through a company or industry collective agreement, combined with an individual agreement.
Since the law of March 31, 2005, this option also applies to employees whose working time cannot be predetermined and who have autonomy in organizing their schedule.
Note: setting up the 'forfait jours' only needs to be done once.
In this article:
Set up 'Forfait jours' mode
Define the end-of-period date
Access: Admin Area > Fiche société > 'Paramètres' tab
- I go to the 'Paramètres généraux' section
- I define the annual end of period in the 'Fin de période' field (e.g., December 31)
Configure the impact of absences on 'forfait jours'
Access: Admin Area > Congés et Absences > Types de congés et absences
- For each type of absence, I go to the 'Forfait jours' section
- I select the calculation method from the 'Comptabiliser comme' drop-down list:
- 'Un jour de présence': the type of absence is counted as a working day, regardless of the duration of the absence entered in the request (e.g., a half-day of training will not affect the number of days worked in the 'forfait jours')
- 'Une absence sans gestion des demi-journées': the type of absence is not counted as a working day, regardless of its duration (e.g., a half-day RTT will impact the number of days worked in the 'forfait jours' by one full day)
- 'Une absence avec gestion des demi-journées': the type of absence is not counted as a working day and the 'forfait jours' calculation depends on the duration of the absence (e.g., a half-day RTT will impact the number of days worked in the 'forfait jours' by half a day)
Note: if on the same day a half-day counted as absence with half-day management and another half-day counted as presence are submitted, then half a day will still be deducted from the number of days to be worked in the 'forfait jours'.
If on the same day a half-day counted as absence with half-day management and another half-day counted as absence without half-day management are submitted, then only half a day will be deducted from the number of days to be worked in the 'forfait jours'.
Enable 'Forfait jours' mode for an employee
Access: Admin Area > Salariés et utilisateurs > Open employee record > 'Emploi' tab
- I go to the 'Contrat' section
- I select the 'Forfait jours' working time arrangement
- I enter the number of days to be worked per year for the employee under 'forfait jours'

The employee then sees a balance appear on their home page:
It is possible to hide this balance for employees arriving during the year, or to hide the calculation until a specific date (for example, when implementing Eurécia during the year), in order to avoid displaying inaccurate data.
Access: Admin Area > Paramètres généraux > Open Fiche Société > 'Paramètres' tab

Forfait jours tracking
Eurécia provides an export of the tracking of days worked for each employee under 'forfait jours'.
Access: Congés & absences > Planning congés > Export Excel > 'Suivi des jours travaillés'
or
Access: Congés & absences > Rapports > Suivi Forfait jours.xls
Eurécia then downloads the annual tracking of days worked, in this format:
Keywords: Executive · Forfait jours · employee · working time · forfait jour · end of period · days worked tracking · forfait days balance · autonomy · reference period
