Switch from weekly to monthly
Generate a transition sheet
This manipulation will create a sheet filling in the missing days between the last day of your weekly sheet and the first day of your monthly sheet.
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users
- Select the users affected by this change by checking the box in the 'Action' column
- Click on the 'Action' button
- Select 'Create first timesheet':
- This sheet should be created from the last Monday of the month to the last day of the month
- Click on 'create'
Create the new monthly timesheets
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users
- Select the users affected by this change by checking the box in the 'Action' column
- Click on the 'Action' button
- Select 'Create first timesheet':
- This sheet should be created from the first day of the month to the last day of the month
- Click on 'create'

Example: You want to switch from weekly to monthly frequency starting November 1.
1- Your last timesheet goes from Monday 21 to Sunday 27 October
2 - Transition timesheets must therefore be created from Monday October 28 to Thursday October 31:

Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users

- Select 'Create first timesheet':
- This sheet must be created from the first day of the month following your last monthly sheet to the first Sunday of the same month.
- Click on 'create'
Create the new weekly timesheets
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users
- Select the users affected by this change by checking the box in the 'Action' column
- Click on the 'Action' button
- Select 'Create first timesheet':
- This sheet must be created from the first Monday of the month following your last monthly sheet to the first Sunday of the same month.
- Click on 'create'
Example: You want to switch from monthly sheets to weekly sheets starting Friday, November 1st. The first Monday in November is November 4th.
1- Your last monthly sheet goes from 10/01 to 10/31
2- The transition sheets must therefore be created from Friday November 1 to Sunday November 3:
