Hour limits in Time & Activity sheets

Access: Admin Area > Paramètres généraux > Horaires de travail

The minimum and maximum number of hours worked per day or per week is defined in each work schedule.

• Open my work schedule,
• In the “Jours travaillés” section, click “Plus d'options” (1),
• In the “Minimum et maximum d'heures” columns, enter my minimum and maximum daily limits for the Temps tab and the Activités tab of your timesheets (depending on my configuration, I may have both tabs or only one of them) (2),
• In the “Minimum et maximum d'heures par semaine” lines, enter my weekly limits (3),
• Save.

Override hour limits in your time and activity sheets

Access: Temps & Activités > Vue manager > Consultation / Validation

When one of your employees enters working hours that do not comply with these limits, an error message is displayed and prevents saving and validating the sheet:

When you exceptionally want these hour limits not to be applied, you must override the limits.

• Open the relevant time and/or activity sheet,
• Go to the “Général” tab and check the “Outrepasser les maximums et minimums d'heures journaliers et hebdomadaires” box,
• Go to the “Temps” and/or “Activités” tab to enter my hours or those of my employee,
• Save, submit for approval, or approve.
