An overall view of your organization

Access the organization chart

Access: HR Portal module > Annuaire salarié

From the HR Portal directory, you can switch from the “Annuaire” view to the “Organigramme” view very easily by clicking the button. Your global organization chart is then displayed 👍!

Visibility of the organization chart

You can enable or disable this feature for your employees by checking or unchecking the “Organigramme visible pour tous les salariés” button.

Displaying employees

• Hierarchical links are built from the Manager N+1 information specified on the “Emploi” tab of the employee record:
  • If a person does not have a manager, they will be at the first level of the tree,
  • If a person has several managers, they will appear multiple times in the organization chart.
• Start dates and contract start dates are taken into account. Your employee will only appear in the organization chart once their contract start date has passed.

Navigate your organization chart

Control buttons

• Zoom: you can zoom in or out using your mouse wheel or using the control buttons “+” and “-”.
• Move: hold down the left button and move the mouse.
• Return to global view by clicking .
• By clicking the button , you access the different available organization chart templates.

Hide hierarchical branches

You can expand or collapse certain hierarchical branches to display only the information you are interested in by clicking “+” or “-”.

Search for an employee

A search area allows you to find an employee quickly. The view automatically focuses on the searched employee.

Business card

Essential information for each employee is displayed in card form:

• Last name / First name
• Job title
• Department / Structure
• Number of direct and indirect subordinates
• Option to call or send an email
• Link to employee record (depending on user permissions)

Export the organization chart

You can export your organization chart in PNG, PDF, and SVG format by clicking the following button:
