Prerequisites
- All your employees must be created in Eurécia. If you need help adding new employees, this article will help you: Create an employee!
- The e-mail address provided in their employee file must be correct, in order for them to receive the activation e-mail.
- If your employees don't have an e-mail address, you can use a fictitious e-mail address with a controlled domain address. We recommend that you enter it in this format :
'nom.prenom@emaileurecia.com' or use your own domain name.
Fictitious email address? Best practices!
At Eurécia, we are very sensitive to your cybersecurity and the reduction of digital pollution! Using a fictitious email address can lead to security issues. Emails and notifications containing potentially sensitive information or allowing password resets are sent to an untrusted domain. In addition, sending mass emails and notifications generates significant digital pollution, even when sending to fictitious email addresses. So what are we doing at Eurécia to reduce cyber risks and our carbon footprint?

Send access credentials
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users
- Click on the 'Actions' button
- Select all items
- Click on 'Send the identifiers'
Your employees will then receive an email with a link that will allow them to access the Eurécia platform.
All they have to do is to click on the link to reset their new password!
Enter a new password
Access: Admin area > Employees & Users > Employee file > Administration tab
If your employee does not have a valid email address or is having trouble retrieving this email, you can assign them a temporary password.
- Enter a new password in the corresponding section and confirm it.
The new password must have at least 12 characters long and include:
> 1 uppercase letter / 1 lowercase letter / 1 number
> 1 special character among the following: !@#$%^&*()-+
> It must of course be different from the last 3 passwords.
> No easily accessible personal information (name, first name, date of birth or telephone number).
According to the CNIL recommendations, it is also recommended to avoid:
> Words from the dictionary, including in foreign languages.
> Predictable character sequences, such as 123456 or azerty.
> Use a “passphrase,” which is a long, easy-to-remember phrase that is difficult to guess.
- Save
- Send this password to the concerned employee by the means of your choice.
To ensure your employees can log in to the platform, it is important that the "User" box is checked in the Administration tab of the employees' employee file.
