Is there always a minimum of 5 people in the company? Is it not possible to take 'Time off in lieu' during sales? There should not be more than 10 people in your offices at the same time? Your employees can only take 2 telework sessions per week?
Are all these rules complicating the management of your teams? With Eurécia, you can easily configure and automate your various constraints and thus validate the absences of your employees with complete peace of mind.
Here we explain everything that can be done 😊!

- Click on '
' to add a new rule, or I click on '
' to duplicate an existing rule,
- Give a name to this constraint,
- Choose the type of constraint I want to establish:
-
-
Maximum number of days/hours per day, week or month: very useful for establishing a limit on teleworking or RTT per week or per month!
-
-
-
Unauthorized leave over a period : to prevent taking RTT during a period of high activity, for example.
-
-
-
Maximum number of absence requests : useful if you want to limit the number of people who have requested 'Presence in the office' for example and respect the presence gauges in the office.
-
-
-
Minimum number of people present : if you want there to always be a minimum number of people in a service.
-
- Determine the period to which this constraint should apply if necessary,
- Choose which departments and/or structures or employees are affected by this constraint,
- Determine the management mode:
- alert: an alert message will be displayed but the absence can be submitted and validated.
- blocking: if the constraints are not respected, the leave request will not be possible.
- Save.
