The administrator as responsible of Eurécia configuration and Managers as team managers.
Create a timesheet
Access : Time and Activities > Manager View
- Click on 'New timesheet'
- Select the employee
- In 'Description' fill in the year and the number of the week or month
- If the timesheet is monthly, in 'Start' and 'End' put the the first and last day of the month
- If the timesheet is weekly, in 'Start' and 'End' put from Monday to Sunday
- Check 'Generate sheet automatically for subsequent periods' (optional)
Depending on the settings chosen by the administrator, Managers may not be able to create the timesheets themselves. It is then advisable to contact the administrator.
