Include public holidays in actual working time
Access: Admin area > Work shift calendars > General tab > Days worked (more options)
Indicate in the 'Hours counted in the case of public holidays' column the number of hours that should be counted as actual working time in the timesheet.
Generally, this is the number of daily contractual (theoretical) working hours.
If the employee usually works 7 hours on that day, then 7 hours is indicated on the public holiday.
Count in the timesheet
In the timesheet/activities, the hours corresponding to the public holiday are counted as worked:
Do not include public holidays in actual working time
Access: Admin area > Work shift calendars > General tab > Days worked (more options)
If you do not wish to include public holidays in the actual working time, enter 00:00 in the column 'Hours counted in the event of public holidays':
Count in the timesheet
In the timesheet, the hours will be deducted from the theoretical expected time:
