- On the line of the user concerned, check the box at the beginning of the line
- Then, click on 'Actions'
- And in the menu, click on 'Create the first timesheet'
- Choose weekly or monthly
- Enter starting date
- If the recurrence is weekly: 'starts on Monday and ends on Sunday'
- If the recurrence is monthly: choose 'begins the' or 'ends the'

Create a timesheet for an employee from the Time and Activities module
Access: Time & Activities > Manager View > New Timesheet
- Click on the button at the top right '+ New timesheet'
- Select the employee using the first drop-down menu
- Describe the timesheet: The entry method is free. However, we recommend a 'template' description, such as '2017 Week 1' for the weekly format and '2017-01' for the monthly format
- In the right side of the screen: check the box 'Generate sheet automatically for subsequent periods' so that the sheets are created automatically following the model defined as above
- Check the 'Do not send notification email' box if the employee should not be informed of the creation of this sheet. Similarly, if the submission for validation should not alert the validation manager by email
- Optional: You can enter a comment in the box provided and upload an attachment by clicking on the BROWSE tab.
- Save to create the first sheet and make it available to the employee
