Eurécia allows you to archive an expense type that you do not use anymore. This allows you to keep hold of former reports that have been created including this type of expense, while still making the latter unavailable for future reports.

Archiving an expense type
Access : Admin Area > Expense reports > Expense types
- Directly in the Expense type
- Open the expense type you wish to archive
- Click on 'Other actions'
- Click ' Archive'
- Don't forget to save
- From the Expense type list
- Click on the three dots then select 'Archive'
How to find the archived expenses
Access : Admin Area > Expense reports > Expense types
- Filter by status to show All, Active, Archived
