Eurécia allows you to manage a wide range of currencies. Some are automatically updated daily, based on the daily exchange rates published by the Banque de France.
Others can be added manually in the platform.

If the 'Exchange Rates' section does not appear, you should contact your support team who can enable it for the Administrator profile.

Add or modify a rate
Access: Admin Area > Expense Reports > Open Exchange Rates
- Open an existing exchange rate or add one
- In the 'General Information' section, enter the name of the exchange rate, the reference currency and check 'Default rate'
- In the 'Exchange Rates' section, add one or more rates
- Choose the target currency, the date to apply this rate and enter the value, for example, if 1€ = 1107.09 ARS on 02/18/2025:
- Save
