Your photo album

 

Please note: Users without the HR Portal module can only use the 'List' view. Interested in the 'Photo Gallery' view? Don't hesitate to contact us!

 

A map display

A clear and simplified display to find all the information on your employees at a glance:

 

department and/or branch. business phone number. professional email address. presence badge: a status of 'present', 'absent' or 'teleworking' to see at a glance who is available.

 

 

Please note: The ability to display the various information depends on the settings made by your company.

 

The introductory sentence

Want to know more about John? Click on ' ' :

 

 

Each employee has the opportunity to provide a short sentence to introduce themselves, to tell us about their life, their passions, their hobbies!

This is done in the My Preferences menu and is limited to 105 characters.

 

 

Change the display

 

 

List view

Want to easily display essential information? Switch to list mode by clicking on ' '.

• I can choose which columns I want to display by clicking on :
  • Department / Structure
  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • Status
• I can also choose how many collaborators should be displayed per page at the very bottom:
  • 10
  • 50
  • or 100

My choices will be remembered for future logins.

 

The organizational chart

Photos of your colleagues

Your colleagues can add their photograph (or other 😊) by going through the My preferences menu again:

 

I select the photo in my computer's explorer I click on 'Open' I don't forget to save my changes

 

 

Default avatars

When my colleagues have not saved any photos in their personal space, they will have a default avatar.

 

 

Why does Julia have a green background and Alex has a red background? 🤔 Very good question!

The choice of color is simply made based on the first letter of their name:

 

 

 

 

The status of my collaborators

 

This small green or red dot tells you at a glance whether your colleague is present at that moment or not.

 

 

This information is calculated based on the employee's work schedule and leave schedule.
