Visualize your organization at a glance with the organization chart 😀!

This new feature allows you to have a simple, clear and global vision of your different departments and structures as well as the different hierarchical links existing within your company.

A global view of your organization

Access the organization chart

Access: HR Portal Module > Employee Directory

From the HR Portal directory, you can switch from the 'Mosaic' view to the 'Organization Chart' view very simply by clicking on the button. Your global organization chart is then displayed 👍!

 

 

 

Visibility of the organization chart

It is possible to enable or disable this feature for your employees by checking or unchecking the 'Organization chart visible to all employees' button.

 

 

Displaying collaborators

• The hierarchical links are constructed from the information of the Manager declared on the “Employment” tab of the employee record:
  • If a person does not have a manager, he will be at the first level of the tree
  • If a person has multiple managers, he will appear multiple times in the org chart.
• The entry and start dates of the contract are taken into account. Your employee will only appear in the organization chart once their contract start date has passed.

 

 

Navigate your organization chart

The control buttons

 

• Zoom: I can zoom in or out using my mouse wheel or the '+' and '-' control buttons.
• Moving: To move, I hold down the left button and move the mouse.
• I return to the global display by clicking on
• By clicking the button , I access the different organizational chart models available.

 

Hide hierarchical branches

It is possible to expand or collapse certain hierarchical branches in order to display only the information that interests you by clicking on the '+' or '-'.

 

Looking for an employee

A search area allows you to quickly find a collaborator. A focus is automatically made on the employee sought.

 

 

Visiting card

The essential information for each employee is shown in the form of a card:

• Name/First name
• Function
• Department/Structure
• Number of direct and indirect subordinates
• Possibility to call or send an email
• Link to the employee file (according to user rights)

It is possible to export your organization chart in PNG, PDF and SVG format by clicking on the following button:
